1. How to secure my booking at Hotel Rezaas?
Unless you are an approved corporate client, you need to make 50% advance payment of the room charges including TAX via NEFT and can secure your booking via e mail/phone confirmation. Else you can fill up the Booking Form on our website and make the payment as guided.
2. What are the terms & conditions of room occupancy?
You can go to the Tariff & Booking page and go through the Terms & Conditions attached there.
3. Can I have an airport pick up & drop facility?
Unless specifically given in special cases, all the Pick up and Drop facilities are chargeable and you can ask for the same dialing our reception concat numbers available on the contact us page.
4. What is Check In and Chcek Out time of the Hotel?
Check In time is 10.00 am and Check Out time is 9.00 am. In some cases subject to availability of the room an hour of felxibility can be offered at sole descrition of the Hotel Management.
5. What is the mode of payment at your Hotel?
You can make the advance payment via NEFT. Balance payment can be made via CASH. For corporate customers with approved trak record with us, the payment willbe accepted via Cheque also.
6. What are the complinetary services offered by Hotel Rezaas?
We offer Complilmentary Breakfast which includes only veg cuisines like, 2 South Indian Dishes, 2 North Indian Delicacies, 2 Cereal Preparations, Fruit Juice, Milk Shake, Chopped Fruits, Tea-Coffee, Bread Butter, Toast etc. Every guest is given 2 bottles of Minertal Water in the room.
7. What type of food is available in the Restaurant Rezaas?
We have an only veg serving Multicuisine Restaurant in which number of food delicacies are available like, Punjabi, Chinese, Continental, Mexican & Italian.
